Jeni was a Petroleum Analyst and an Analyst Coordinator at Netherland, Sewell, & Associates, Inc. for twenty one years prior to her employment at Haymaker Minerals and Royalties as Vice President Reserves Manager.  Jeni is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Positano Analytical Resources, where she helps companies with reserves management and A&D analytical needs, provides customized staff training, and assists startup companies with setting up property management systems and getting into pay.
